The company's founders, David and Camille Rutkauskas began their careers 25 years ago with owning and operating restaurant and retail concepts. They founded the multi-national chain Camille's Sidewalk Cafe in 1996 from which spawned a franchising career in 1999. Since then they have founded the concepts FreshBerry Frozen Yogurt Cafe (2008) and Rex's Chicken (2007).
